FitKids is a fun and athletic childcare program that helps children develop a passion for health and fitness.

 

Studies show that kids who are active and physically fit tend to also excel in the classroom. We also know that fit kids are more likely to become fit adults. Yet, obesity is a national epidemic and many children today simply do not get enough daily exercise. At FitKids, we focus on sports, fitness, and nutrition - and we make it fun!

Before & After Care programs serve families in Northwest Calgary. Our Before & After Care program is located in Silver Springs with transportation to and from Tuscany school, Eric Harvie, St. Basil, Silver Springs, Twelve Mile Coulee, W.O. Mitchell and Scenic Acres.
