Cancellations Before Camp Start Date

• 30 or more days before the camp start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit 10% of camp fees.

• 14–29 days before the camp start date: 50% refund of camp fees minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Less than 14 days before the camp start date: No refund will be issued.

b) Cancellations After Camp Has Started

• No refunds will be provided once the camp session has begun, including for late arrivals or early withdrawals.

Hours open 7:30am-5:15pm.  Please have children dropped off by 9am.

Pack a water bottle, lunches and snacks, good running shoes, a change of clothes, a hat, sun screen, bug spray, light jacket.

Field Sport Camp

June 29th- July 3rd (four days) Closed July 1st

 

Get ready for an unforgettable week of movement, competition, and nonstop fun at our Field Camp! Campers will stay active while exploring a wide variety of sports including frisbee golf, soccer, tennis, and baseball, building skills and confidence in each. The excitement continues with challenges like relay races, potato sack races, bean bag toss, kickball, pickleball, basketball, and mini golf. Each day is designed to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and high-energy fun in a supportive manner.

Stampede Camp

July 6th – 10th (five days)

Yeehaw! Saddle up for our Stampede Summer Camp, where kids can step into the spirit of the Wild West and experience all the excitement of Calgary’s most famous tradition. Campers will enjoy action-packed activities like lasso challenges, western-themed relay races, and a lively rodeo-style party. They’ll get creative by learning a fun line dance, and take part in cowboy vest making. The week also includes a kid-friendly pancake breakfast activity and engaging lessons in the traditions of the Calgary Stampede. With a perfect mix of western fun, and movement this camp is sure to be a good time kids will be talking about all summer!

Multi Sport Camp

July 13th – 17th (five days)

 

 Multi-Sports Camp is all about keeping kids active, healthy, and having fun through movement! This camp introduces campers to a variety of sports including tennis, table tennis, pickleball, basketball, baseball, and flag football. Campers will participate in fun drills, learn the basics of each sport, and enjoy friendly games that promote teamwork.  This camp is a great way for kids to try new sports and develop healthy habits while having fun!

Nature/Eco Camp

July 20th – July 24th (five days)

​

​Let’s get dirty and explore the wonders of nature! Our Nature & Eco Summer Camp is an adventure that blends indoor and outdoor learning as campers connect with the environment through hands-on activities. Campers will take part in a garbage clean-up day, plant and care for vegetables, and create homemade bird feeders. Kids will investigate and learn about different ecosystems right in our own city from parks, rivers, wetlands, and forests while discovering how plants, animals, and humans interact with each environment. A special field trip to the Bow Habitat Fish Hatchery will give campers a closer look at aquatic ecosystems and one of the largest indoor Fish Hatcheries in North America.

Campers & Bike Camp

July 27th-31st (five days)

​

​Get ready to join us for an epic adventure with our Camping & Bike Camp! Let's make the most of it with some camping activities and outdoor adventures. Campers will pretend to camp by setting up tents, learn fire-building techniques with a supervised campfire at Bowness, and enjoy classic campfire stories while roasting marshmallows. We will take a field trip to Paskapoo Slopes, where they will participate in trail bingo, animal tracking and geocaching in the park. This camp blends hands-on skills, outdoor play, and imagination to create a true camping and biking experience in a safe and engaging environment.

Career Camp

August 4th – 7th (four days)

 

This Career Camp introduces children to a variety of careers through guest speakers and hands-on activities. Children explore careers such as firefighters, police officers, bakers, engineers, and scientists. Career learning is encouraged through engaging activities, including STEM challenges like building a bridge even decorating cookies with a baker. The program also includes career-based field trips such as a fire station or police station tour, allowing kids to see real workplaces and meet professionals in action.

Beach Camp

August 10th – 14th (five days)

Do you love the sand, sun and the water? Well this is this week for you! We will be playing in the sand, swimming in the water and best of all we can enjoy the beach games! A picnic at Riley Park will give everyone time to relax and enjoy the swimming pool.We will have a special field trip to The Beach YYC where we can enjoy the sand, play indoor beach volleyball and ultimate frisbee! From water balloon fights to beach games, we will have the best week soaking up the sun!

Art & Animal Camp

Aug 17th- 21nd (five days)

Calling all animal lovers and young artists! Art & Animal Camp is a week of hands-on creativity and farmyard fun. Campers will get up close with friendly animals like goats, sheep, and baby chicks, and enjoy a field trip to Cobbs Adventure Park where they can feed, pet, and learn about farm animals in a safe environment. Back at Fitkids they will participate in origami animals, egg carton critters and animal observation journaling. This will be a busy fun filled week learning about all the amazing animals that grow up on a farm in Alberta.

Around the World Camp

August 24th-28th

​

Join Around the World Camp for a trip across the globe! Campers vote for four countries to check out. The first country is Ukraine.  They study cultures, traditions, and customs in depth. Daily fun covers flags and festivals, traditional outfits to wear, and dances from other lands. Campers eat authentic cultural food paired with the country.
