Originally from a small town just outside Niagara Falls, Ontario, I’ve spent over a decade working with children in a variety of settings—before & after school care, daycares, preschools, and everything in between. After graduating from Niagara College with my Child and Youth Worker diploma, I traded maple leaves for palm trees and spent two years in Australia, where I earned my open water scuba license, went skydiving, and swam alongside whale sharks (yes, really!).

When I’m not working, you can find me out in nature, hiking new trails or chasing my next adrenaline fix. I share my life with three adorable cats—Steve, Lily, and Goose—and a deep-seated fear of feet (don’t ask). Bonus fact: I have a dinosaur tattoo on my ankle, because… why not?
